Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Call Center Environment
Provide superior customer service in our fast paced call center! Our customer service representatives handle a large volume of customer and broker inquiries regarding current policy status, payment history and policy changes. Candidates, who are energetic; possess strong interpersonal skills; can effectively manage their time; and who can be capable and confident problem solvers are ideal for this position. Although not required, prior understanding of auto insurance terms or experience is a plus. Prior call center experience with high call volume levels is also desired.
